As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery
As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 7-14 days to deliver.

 Return Shipping Policy

• If your order included free shipping, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer—this applies to both non-defective items (such as wrong size or change of mind) and defective or incorrect items.

• We do not offer prepaid return labels for free shipping orders.

• 
  All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

Please contact our support team before returning your item to receive proper instructions and ensure your return is eligible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For non-defective items returned in original, unused condition, a 30% restocking fee will apply. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your return request and the item has been received and inspected, we’ll proceed with your refund, minus the applicable restocking fee.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

TIME TO BRIGHT, LLC has the right to refuse returns that passed the 15 days allowed time after delivery.
